Berk Vaher

Berk Vaher is the editor of the Tartu bidbook for the European Capital of Culture 2024. He is a writer, the head of the Tartu branch of the Estonian Writers Union and one of the main organisers of the Prima Vista literary festival. He also compiled Tartu’s successful bid to become a UNESCO City of Literature in 2015 and has been active in cultural management and town policy development for 20 years.
