Henri Ormus is a nuclear energy expert who has studied and worked abroad over the past 13 years in the field of nuclear energy. After an electrical engineering master’s degree at Tallinn University of Technology, he acquired a second master’s in nuclear energy engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm. He has worked with an SMR development project in Westinghouse’s R&D department in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the US. In the past six years, he has been working in Hanhikivi 1 nuclear power plant project in Finland. He is currently the vice president of European Nuclear Society and a co-founder of Fermi Energia.
