Timber Diameter wins the largest business ideas contest in Estonia

The winner of the largest Estonian business idea contest, Ajujaht 2014 (Brain Hunt), is Timber Diameter, an application that helps users measure the diameter of logs quickly and accurately.

The measurement of logs and/or the size of a pile can be done in seconds using a smartphone. The app is useful for timber industry companies, private forest owners, transportation companies, operators of warehouses/ports and firewood manufacturers.

Ajujaht is Estonia’s leading entrepreneurial competition with over 250 business ideas competing for cash prizes and the chance of being crowned as the best business idea in the country. The other two finalists competing for the top prize were Taxify and GoWorkabit.
