Mari-Ann Kelam

Mari-Ann Kelam was the Vice President of the Estonian American National Council from 1986–92. She lived in the US for years, having been born in a German displaced persons’ camp. In 1990 she came to Estonia for the first time. Now based in Estonia, she has been a member of the Congress of Estonia and the Riigikogu (Estonian Parliament), and has published books and articles.
