Desiree Mumm

Desiree Mumm holds a master’s degree in European studies from the University of Tartu and previously studied politics and governance, specialising in international relations, at Tallinn University. She is committed to Estonia’s international representation and the shaping of its foreign policy. Estonia’s path to independence has deeply influenced her, strengthening her appreciation of the resilience and sense of justice of a small nation amid the great forces of history. Alongside her academic background, she has gained professional experience at the Riigikogu, in the defence industry, and through work with Estonia’s Permanent Representation to the European Union.
