Tiiu Kera

Tiiu Kera and her parents immigrated to the US as the refugees of the Second World War. Her 20 relocations with the US Air Force kept her too busy to pursue her artistic interests until after she retired as a Major General. She is interested in all types of needle and paper arts, but her main passion is Estonian folk art.
